In this gentle two-hour experience, you’ll be guided through an intuitive painting practice that invites you to ground into your body, reconnect with your inner knowing, and create from the truth of your heart.
This is not about artistic perfection or prior painting experience—it is about presence, self-love, and allowing your soul to speak through the canvas. Using archetypal themes and guided reflection, you will explore creativity as a pathway for healing, empowerment, and authentic self-discovery.
This full workshop also offers a meaningful taste of The Creative Bridge, the 12-week HeartSpeak archetypal immersion. It is an introduction to the deeper journey of becoming—where each brushstroke becomes a step toward wholeness, clarity, and the woman you are meant to be.

Rooted in the HeartSpeak Painting Process, this experience is a sacred pathway for women who feel called to return to themselves, especially during moments of transition, awakening, or deep inner change.
